Hammond adjusts the frequency of the Roll-On Beyond Line of Sight
Enhancement data link system May 25, 2012, at the Transit Center at
Manas, Kyrgyzstan. ROBE connects manpower assets on the ground, which
may not have effective line-of-sight communications capabilities, to
other ground or airborne units. Hammond is a boom operator with the 22nd
Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron and is a native of Stockton, Ala.
