National Development noncommissioned officers during a five-day
noncommissioned officer development seminar at the National School of
Army and Gendarmerie, held June 12-16, 2012. Noncommissioned officers
from the U.S. and Comorian armies partnered together to share best
practices of basic NCO skills.
